I recommend Allan Carr's (sp?) book "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking" or something like that. It helped to keep me strong. I couldn't believe a book would help even a little bit, but it surprised me. Quitting is worth all the aggravation in the long run, and you already know all the reasons why. I can't believe the cost of cigs today--some are $80 a carton! Holy smokes, no pun intended.
