Glad to see an update. My gosh you lost a lot of weight.
Some of us have had the tests you mentioned. I feel for ya. (((Jen)))
As for the colonoscopy it is not painful at all, I was completely knocked out and drugged up enough to sleep the rest of the day. It’s the day before the test that is the pits because you have to drink a gallon of liquid to clean the colon and sit close to the bathroom.

Anyhoo…good luck with the tests and I hope you are feeling better soon.

Thank you for bringing us all up to date on your situation Jen. Poor sweetie…I can’t beleive the damn doctor was too impatient to wait for your body to provide a pooh sample on it’s own. He must have had a Tee time at his snobby Golf club or some such bullshit and couldn’t be bothered to wait. I’m sending good vibes your way as well Jen and hope that everything turns out to be a simple cure. Are you going to be able to attend the annual Weet-a-con again this year? I know how much you enjoy that brief vacation and all around hug-fest with friends from the Blogsphere. They can also shove a hose up your rectum and make you hold the water they pump up there for a really long time. My son had to go thru that bout the age of 9. His words? “I’ve been violated!” The nurse had to leave the room she was laughing so hard.

Hope you get better. Too bad they don’t just have a scan machine that can look at your innards without sticking anything in a hole.
