OK, so maybe I was wrong.

Today my abs hurt like a bitch and it was much more difficult to do the little workout. I’m going to keep on doing it every day and see if it really provides true results on this C-sectioned belly, but so far it seems like it might be slightly effective.

    take a day off… actually do it every other day to let your body (abs) recover.

    Man, I can see where this is going. Give it a couple of months and you are going to be 8 foot 7 inches! Your waist will be 16 and your boobs will start coming out your back. Stop! Stop now!!

    If you get bored of the Bender Ball – I highly reccommend Kathy Smith’s Tummy Trimmers DVD. The core abs, bootcamp abs and stability ball sections are great!
